HGM three-ring and four-ring medium-speed mills turn non-metallic minerals into consistent 150–3000 mesh powder, with an integrated classifier, negative-pressure dust control and a production line designed around your material.
From feed testing to commissioning, INNOVATE builds complete powder lines around the product you need to sell — not just the machine you need to ship.
Meet the company ↗Henan Innovate Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. is a specialist manufacturer focused on ultra-fine grinding, powder classification and complete non-metallic mineral processing lines. A practical engineering team, a modern production base and a testing-first workflow help customers move from sample to stable production with fewer unknowns.
INNOVATE combines process design, equipment manufacturing, electrical control and after-sales support under one roof. Every project starts with material characteristics, target fineness and required capacity. The result is a line that is easier to operate, easier to maintain and ready to scale.
Test before you investMaterial trials and particle-size verification guide the final configuration.
Quality at every hand-offIncoming material, machining, assembly and factory testing are checked before delivery.
Service that stays closeInstallation guidance, operator training and responsive parts support worldwide.

The HGM mill combines layered grinding pressure with dynamic classification. Coarse particles return to the grinding zone; only qualified powder leaves the system. That closed loop is the key to a narrow, repeatable product size.

Pre-crushed material enters through the skirt-belt feeder and is evenly distributed to the upper rotary table.
Three or four layers of rollers orbit and rotate in the grinding ring raceways. Oversize is returned for another pass.
A high-pressure centrifugal fan carries qualified powder to the classifier and pulse bag filter. Clean air exits through the silencer.
Easy-to-understand operation, sealed negative pressure, fewer moving wear points and fast access for routine service.
Reference output can be more than twice a traditional Raymond route at similar fineness and motor power.
Set the classifier for a product range from 150 to 3000 mesh, with D97 ≤ 5 μm in suitable applications.
Forged wear-resistant rollers and rings support a 2–5 year reference life when processing calcium carbonate and calcite.
Pulse filtration, silencing and sealed negative pressure help reduce dust escape and workshop noise.
Choose the product first, then let INNOVATE match the grinding pressure, classifier speed, dust collection and packing route. The HGM platform is suited to non-flammable, brittle materials below Mohs hardness 6.
Send us a sample or a target specification. Our engineers will confirm grindability, fineness and a practical line layout.

The standard adjustable range is approximately 150–3000 mesh (106–4.1 μm). Final fineness depends on material properties, classifier settings and process conditions.
Calcite, limestone, dolomite, barite, talc, gypsum, mica, graphite, kaolin, bentonite, pyrophyllite, fluorite and 100+ other non-flammable brittle materials below Mohs hardness 6.
Yes. Calcium carbonate and calcite are common HGM applications. We recommend a material test to confirm whiteness, feed moisture, target D97 and capacity.
The reference feed size in the HGM guide is ≤20 mm after pre-crushing. A hammer crusher or other suitable pre-crusher can be included in the complete line.
A dynamic centrifugal classifier separates qualified powder from coarse particles. Variable-frequency speed regulation makes adjustment easier and helps keep particle size consistent.
The line works under negative pressure with sealed air routing, a pulse bag filter and a silencer. The guide cites dust-removal efficiency of approximately 99–99.5% for the filter system.
Wear life varies by material, hardness, feed size and operating practice. The product guide references 2–5 years for calcium carbonate and calcite in suitable conditions.
Yes. INNOVATE provides layout guidance, foundation and alignment support, commissioning assistance and full operator training, remotely or on site by arrangement.
Yes. The standard line can include feeder, main mill, classifier, pulse bag filter, fan, motor, pipeline, silencer, control cabinet and optional crusher, elevator, silo and packing machine.
